Meeting Practices:
All MTQWI and CTCG meetings and events practice within MTQWI's Safer Space and Accessibility Policy. In order to promote mutual respect and encourage sharing during meetings, it is asked that people arrive on time. In the event that attendee(s) will be arriving more than 20 minutes late it is asked that people arrive on the hour (8pm) to minimize meeting disruption. Also, CTCG asks that people put phones on vibrate/silent and refrain from texting or using computers/laptops meetings to promote an active listening space and mutually supportive environment. For more information, please consult CTCG's bylaws.
